Refund Policy

At Math Matters Consulting™, we value your time and commitment. Because our services require preparation and scheduling, refunds are limited to the guidelines below.

Free Consultations

• Consultations are complimentary and do not require payment.

Individual Mentoring & Coaching

• Payment for PRISM Coaching Cycles is due at the time of booking.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Refunds are not provided once a coaching cycle has begun.

Group Trainings & Workshops (e.g., SOLVE 2.0 Training)

• Registration fees are due at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the training will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training are non-refundable, but registration may be:

  • Transferred to another participant, or

  • Applied as credit toward a future session.

District & School Contracts

• Refund and cancellation terms for school or district contracts will be outlined in the service agreement.

• Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected events occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend or complete a scheduled service. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.
